01.22.01- This is NoDance's blurb on Skeletons in the Closet:
Non-Competition Program
Summary: A father is forced to confront the unthinkable...that his eighteen year old son, who lives under his roof, may be a serial murderer. With intense performances by Treat Williams, Linda Hamilton, and Jonathan Jackson, a haunting score, and the murky visuals of the Pacific Northwest, this psychological thriller explores the possibility that every family is merely a dictatorship ruled by its sickest member.

01.22.01- FOX has cancelled the show, Freakylinks, that Night Visions was supposed to be a midseason replacement for. Can we hope we'll be able to see the episode of Night Visions that Jonathan starred in soon?
*EXCLUSIVE*
Friday, January 19, 2001... After never fully recovering from a badly reviewed and poorly received pilot episode, the once promising FreakyLinks lost much of it's network's support. The show was pulled for most of November last year and upon its return has gotten virtually no promotion. Well that never works to help a show recover from a slump, and the show's ratings have gone down each week since its return. FOX has now officially pulled the plug on the show. The last episode to air will be on January 26, before February Sweeps rolls around, when I'm sure they'll have something with police or millionaires to air Friday nights.

All competition films are eligible for Nodance awards including: Grand Jury for Best Feature, Grand Jury for Best Short, Grand Jury for Best Documentary, Audience Award for Best Feature, Audience Award for Best Short, Audience Award for Best Documentary. All films are eligible for the coveted Golden Orbs Award for Most Creative Guerrilla Marketing Campaign.
Additionally, Nodance is proud to present Artisan Entertainment's "Skeletons In the Closet" starring Treat Williams ("Things To Do In Denver When You're Dead") and Linda Hamilton ("Terminator 2"), and written and directed by Wayne Powers ("Deep Blue Sea") as the closing night film. Shot entirely in High Definition video, "Skeletons In The Closet" will world premiere at Nodance, with cast and key crew members in attendance.
