![]() 12.31.00- Check out The Year In Review!!
12.31.00- Amber Tamblyn's mom mentions Jonathan on Amber's official site!
She keeps the crew in stitches most of
the time. She always plays with the boys,
Michael, Colton and Jacob. Michael was more like
a big brother to Amber because of the age
difference. Now I am wandering down memory lane.
(Jonathan Jackson was very, very serious on the
set. He would take no prisoners when it came to
his scenes. Amber used to drive him nuts with
her escapades, - boy-oh-boy, did she annoy him
sometimes ... secretly, he really loved her
spirit. Amber cried all day when he left the
show. Who would she have to pester now?)
12.31.00- Another Lucky and Liz slideshow brought to you by Kelly!
12.31.00- According to upcomingmovies.com, Jonathan's Irish movie has been pushed back again. This time to August, 2001.

12.22.00- Thanks to Karen for sending this email along. 12.22.00- Another note on the possible name change of JJ's Irish movie:

Cried, starring Christina Ricci, John Turturro, Cate Blanchett and Johnny Depp and directed by Sally Potter. From Andrew MacDonald and Duncan Kenworthy's DNA Films are Beautiful
Creatures, starring Rachel Weisz and directed by Bill Eagles; Strictly Sinatra,
starring Ian Hart and directed by Peter Capaldi; and Final Curtain,

12.22.00- Here's an interview with Ed Guiney, producer of Jonathan's Ireland movie (I give up on trying to keep up with its name ;) from April:
What are the two projects that you're working on at the moment?
The first one is called 'The Smiling Suicide Club' which is written
and directed by John Kearney who has done a number of digital
features like 'Park' and 'Just In Time'. It tells the story of a
bunch of twentysomethings in a psychiatric hospital in Dublin. I've
described it before as "One Flew Over The Breakfast Club".
That will probably hit the cinemas early next year some time.
12.22.00- Another mention of The Walls being on the "JJ's Irish Movie" soundtrack:
As well as making music for The Walls, Joe & Steve have written & recorded film soundtracks, such as the feature 'Country', the short films 'Flush', 'the Pear Bottle', 'Brood' , and some of the songs from 'Hi-Lo' have been chosen for the new John Carney/Jim Sheridan film 'Catch the Sun'. 'Writing music for a film is challenging thing for us to do. It's completely different from writing songs for ourselves . You have images that the music has to work with and you have to react to them fast and follow your instinct.'

Almost done though! In the meantime, here's the new multi-cultural JJ Calendar for the month of December. More news to come.
12.10.00- Also, be sure to check out Anja's page again. She's included a video clip of when Jonathan spoke German to her! *Very* cute. Is there anything this guy can't do? :)
